Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end users via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document support processes, solutions, and FAQs to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives, such as software deployments and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing end-user support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency with windows operating system, Microsoft Office and other common productivity software
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  •  Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation and process improvement.
  •  IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
