Speaking up

Speaking up is a key part of any compliance program. It ensures that concerns, complaints and other matters (including allegations of failure to carry out work in accordance with professional standards or the firm’s expectations) can be brought to the attention of BDO Lebanon and dealt with promptly.


BDO Lebanon is committed to conducting its business in an ethical manner, with integrity and fairness and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In spite of this commitment, you may one day observe conduct that concerns you, or that seems to violate our Code of Business Conduct and/or its policies. If you observe or suspect such misconduct, BDO Lebanon encourages you to speak up. By doing so, you give our Firm the opportunity to deal with the issue. Remaining silent about possible misconduct may worsen a situation and undermine trust. All parties should report any actual or suspected misconduct or irregularities, including a breach or suspected breach of any law, regulations, the BDO Lebanon Code of Conduct, code of Business Ethics or other BDO Lebanon policies.
