Nehmé Semaan has more than 30 years of auditing experience providing assurance services to public and privately held companies in multiple countries.  A native of the Lebanese republic, Nehmé joined Semaan ,Gholam & Co. in 1985 which became a member firm of BDO international in May 2011.  As BDO Semaan, Gholam & Co. Partner, Nehmé assists clients in navigating their business compliance, regulatory, and cultural issues they are faced with when entering new global markets.
 

Nehmé has experience in the following market segments: Banking private and commercial, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, Contracting real estate, wholesale/distribution, and services.  He has assisted Banking clients with initial public offerings (IPOs), tax matters, and private placements of debt and equity as well as M&A involving revaluations.
